No referral is needed. Simply book your complimentary consultation with Dr. Lyons and our team. We will begin by evaluating your orthodontic condition and discussing your goals with you. From there, we'll develop a plan for your orthodontic treatment.
Complete Our New Patient Form
Once you've scheduled your orthodontic consultation, please complete our Dental & Medical Health History Form(s). We invite you to fill out the form online in advance of your first appointment so our team can be fully prepared.
The Consultation Process
The initial consultation process usually takes about an hour to complete, and will be led by one of our treatment coordinators. We look forward to meeting you!
Arrival
Check in time for your visit is 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so you have time to complete any required paperwork (if not already completed) and to familiarize yourself with our office. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our welcoming team members.
While you wait, we invite you to relax in our comfortable reception area. We have games, books, and toys for kids and parents to enjoy!
We'll then show you to a private consultation room where your assessment will begin.
Assessment & Diagnostic Imaging
We'll start the consultation by asking you about your concerns and treatment goals. We'll also take 'Before Treatment' photos of your smile.
Next, Dr. Lyons will conduct a thorough exam. This will include imaging to get a comprehensive picture of your overall dental health. We'll create a 3D digital image of your teeth using our iTero™ scanner.
The scans are used to make several orthodontic appliances as well as a digital outcome simulation to show what your completed treatment results may look like.
Customized Treatment Plan
Next in the process, you'll meet with our treatment coordinator to discuss your health history and review the photos/imaging, outlining indications for orthodontic treatment.
Based on the findings from your exam and the results of the imaging, Dr. Lyons will diagnose your condition and concerns and develop a customized treatment plan to meet your goals. Our treatment coordinator and Dr. Lyons will review this plan and review the finer points with you.
Your plan will include treatment recommendations, a projected timeline for treatment completion, and an appointment schedule.
We'll also discuss our flexible payment arrangements. This will include your payment plan, insurance coverage, and financing should you choose to take advantage of this option.

In closing, we'll discuss the immediate next steps to get your treatment plan underway and schedule your next visit(s).
